Full-Time | $26–30 per hour (DOE) + Performance Bonus

About Dochi

Dochi is a growing Asian-inspired mochi donut brand expanding into sweet and savory pastries, Japanese-style sandos, and seasonal creations. We’re looking for a creative culinary leader to help evolve our menu and elevate our brand.

What You’ll Do

Lead development of new sweet & savory pastries

Create sandwich concepts (Japanese sandos, fried sandos, filled buns)

Standardize recipes for multi-location production

Train and lead BOH team members

Improve food cost, prep systems, and efficiency

Collaborate on seasonal launches and limited-time items

What We’re Looking For

3+ years pastry or bakery experience (leadership preferred)

Experience in menu development

Strong understanding of both sweet and savory

High-volume kitchen experience

Cost-conscious and systems-oriented

Passion for Asian-inspired flavors

Bonus: Laminated dough experience, sandwich development, scaling recipes, or comfort being featured in content.
